Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Case AI mobile application ("Application") operated by Case AI ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.

2. Description of Service

Case AI is an AI-powered interactive mystery game application. The Application allows users to investigate crime scenes, interrogate suspects through AI-driven conversations, collect evidence, and solve cases. All cases, characters, and storylines are entirely fictional.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Application. By using the Application, You represent and warrant that You are at least 16 years old. If You are under 16, You may not use the Application.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Application, You may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account credentials and for all activities that occur under Your account. You agree to notify Us immediately of any unauthorized use of Your account.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The Application may offer in-app purchases and subscriptions. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store payment system. By making a purchase, You agree to Apple's payment terms. All sales are final, and refund requests must be directed to Apple. Prices are subject to change without notice. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the Application, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, case content, character designs, storylines, and game mechanics, is the property of the Company and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without Our prior written consent.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Application for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Application or its servers
  • Use automated systems or bots to interact with the Application
  • Share, sell, or transfer Your account to another person
  • Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the Application

8. AI-Generated Content

The Application uses artificial intelligence to generate conversational responses during gameplay. AI-generated content is provided for entertainment purposes only. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated responses. AI-generated content does not represent the views or opinions of the Company.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Application
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of Our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Application
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the Application

11. Fictional Content Disclaimer

All cases, characters, locations, events, and storylines in the Application are entirely fictional. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, or actual events is purely coincidental. The Application is intended for entertainment purposes only.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access to the Application immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if You breach these Terms. Upon termination, Your right to use the Application will immediately cease.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the Application or on Our website. Your continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.

Case AI mobil uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullanmadan önce lütfen bu Hizmet Şartlarını ("Şartlar") dikkatle okuyunuz. Uygulama Case AI ("Şirket", "Biz", "Bizim" veya "Bize") tarafından işletilmektedir.

1. Şartların Kabulü

Uygulamayı indirerek, yükleyerek veya kullanarak, bu Şartlara bağlı olmayı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Bu Şartları kabul etmiyorsanız, uygulamayı kullanmayınız.

2. Hizmet Açıklaması

Case AI, yapay zeka destekli etkileşimli bir gizem oyunu uygulamasıdır. Uygulama, kullanıcıların suç mahalllerini araştırmasına, şüphelileri yapay zeka tarafından yönlendirilen konuşmalar aracılığıyla sorgulamasına, delil toplamasına ve olayları çözmesine olanak sağlar. Tüm olaylar, karakterler ve hikayeler tamamen kurgusaldır.

3. Uygunluk

Uygulamayı kullanmak için en az 16 yaşında olmalısınız. Uygulamayı kullanarak, en az 16 yaşında olduğunuzu temsil eder ve taahhüt edersiniz. 16 yaşından küçükseniz, uygulamayı kullanamazsınız.

4. Kullanıcı Hesapları

Uygulamanın belirli özelliklerine erişmek için bir hesap oluşturmanız gerekebilir. Hesap kimlik bilgilerinizin gizliliğini korumaktan ve hesabınız altında gerçekleşen tüm faaliyetlerden siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınızın yetkisiz kullanılması durumunda bizi derhal bildirmeyi kabul etmiş olursunuz.

5. Uygulama İçi Satın Almalar ve Abonelikler

Uygulama, uygulama içi satın almalar ve abonelikler sunabilir. Tüm satın almalar Apple'ın App Store ödeme sistemi aracılığıyla işlenir. Satın alma yaparak, Apple'ın ödeme şartlarını kabul etmiş olursunuz. Tüm satışlar nihai kararıdır ve geri ödeme talepleri Apple'a yönlendirilmelidir. Fiyatlar önceden haber verilmeksizin değişikliğe tabi tutulabilir. Abonelikler, cari faturalandırma döneminin bitmesinden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir.

6. Fikri Mülkiyet

Uygulamadaki tüm içerik; metin, grafikler, görüntüler, ses, video, yazılım, olay içeriği, karakter tasarımları, hikayeler ve oyun mekaniği dâhil olmak üzere, Şirketin mülkiyetinde olup, telif hakkı, marka ve diğer fikri mülkiyet yasaları tarafından korunmaktadır. Önceden yazılı onayımız olmaksızın, herhangi bir içeriği çoğaltamaz, dağıtamaz, değiştiremez veya türev eserler oluşturamazsınız.

7. Kullanıcı Davranışı

Aşağıdaki işlemleri yapmamayı kabul etmiş olursunuz:

  • Uygulamayı herhangi bir yasadışı amaç için kullanmak
  • Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik yapmaya, derlemesini kaldırmaya veya disassemble etmeye çalışmak
  • Uygulamaya veya sunucularına müdahale etmek veya bunları bozmak
  • Uygulamayla etkileşim kurmak için otomatikleştirilmiş sistemler veya botlar kullanmak
  • Hesabınızı başka bir kişiye paylaşmak, satmak veya devretmek
  • Uygulamadaki hataları veya güvenlik açıklarından yararlanmak

8. Yapay Zeka Tarafından Oluşturulan İçerik

Uygulama, oyun sırasında sohbet yanıtlarını oluşturmak için yapay zekayı kullanmaktadır. Yapay zeka tarafından oluşturulan içerik yalnızca eğlence amaçları için sağlanmaktadır. Şirket, yapay zeka tarafından oluşturulan yanıtların doğruluğunu, eksiksizliğini veya uygunluğunu garanti etmemektedir. Yapay zeka tarafından oluşturulan içerik, Şirketin görüş veya fikirlerini temsil etmemektedir.

9. Garantilerin Reddi

Uygulama "OLDUĞU GİBİ" ve "MEVCUDİYETİ NISPETINDE" temeli üzerinde, açık veya zımni olarak herhangi bir tür garanti olmaksızın sağlanmaktadır; ticarililik, belirli bir amaç için uygunluk ve ihlal etmemenin zımni garantilerine dâhil olmak üzere. Uygulamanın kesintisiz, hatasız veya virüs ya da diğer zararlı bileşenlerden arındırılmış olacağını garanti etmemekteyiz.

10. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması

Geçerli yasanın izin verdiği maksimum ölçüde, hiçbir koşulda Şirket dolaylı, tesadüfi, özel, sonuç itibariyle ortaya çıkan veya cezai nitelikli zararlardan, veya kar veya gelir kaybından sorumlu olmayacaktır; bu zararlar şunlardan kaynaklanabilir:

  • Uygulamayı kullanmanız veya kullanamayış
  • Sunucularımıza veya bunlarda depolanan kişisel bilgilere yapılan yetkisiz erişim veya kullanım
  • Uygulamaya veya uygulamadan iletim kesintisi veya sonlandırılması
  • Uygulama aracılığıyla iletilen herhangi bir hata, virüs veya diğer zararlı kod

11. Kurgusal İçerik Feragatı

Uygulamadaki tüm olaylar, karakterler, konumlar, etkinlikler ve hikayeler tamamen kurgusaldır. Gerçek kişilerin, yaşayan veya ölen, veya gerçek olaylarla herhangi bir benzerlik tamamen tesadüfidir. Uygulama yalnızca eğlence amaçları için tasarlanmıştır.

12. Sonlandırma

Uygulamaya erişiminizi herhangi bir nedenle, önceden haber verilmeksizin derhal sonlandırabilir veya askıya alabiliriz; bu nedenler arasında bu Şartları ihlal etmek de yer almaktadır. Sonlandırma üzerine, Uygulamayı kullanma hakkınız derhal sona erecektir.

13. Şartlarda Değişiklikler

Şartları herhangi bir zamanda değiştirme hakkını saklı tutarız. Önemli değişiklikler hakkında kullanıcıları, güncellenmiş Şartları Uygulama içinde veya web sitemizde yayınlayarak bilgilendireceğiz. Değişiklikler yayınlandıktan sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, değiştirilen Şartları kabul etmiş olduğunuz anlamına gelmektedir.

14. Yürürlüğe Tabi Hukuk

Bu Şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti'nin yasalarına göre yönetilir ve yorumlanır. Bu Şartlardan kaynaklanan herhangi bir anlaşmazlık Türkiye mahkemelerinin münhasır yargılama alanına tabi olacaktır.

1. Akzeptanz der Bedingungen

Durch das Herunterladen, Installieren oder Verwenden der Anwendung erklären Sie sich an diese Bedingungen gebunden. Falls Sie diese Bedingungen nicht akzeptieren, verwenden Sie die Anwendung bitte nicht.

2. Beschreibung des Dienstes

Case AI ist eine KI-gestützte interaktive Mysterium-Spielanwendung. Die Anwendung ermöglicht es Benutzern, Tatorte zu untersuchen, Verdächtige durch KI-gesteuerte Gespräche zu verhören, Beweise zu sammeln und Fälle zu lösen. Alle Fälle, Charaktere und Handlungsstränge sind vollständig fiktiv.

3. Berechtigung

Sie müssen mindestens 16 Jahre alt sein, um die Anwendung zu verwenden. Durch die Verwendung der Anwendung bestätigen Sie, dass Sie mindestens 16 Jahre alt sind. Wenn Sie unter 16 Jahren alt sind, dürfen Sie die Anwendung nicht verwenden.

4. Benutzerkonten

Um auf bestimmte Funktionen der Anwendung zuzugreifen, müssen Sie möglicherweise ein Konto erstellen. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Aufrechterhaltung der Vertraulichkeit Ihrer Kontoanmeldedaten und für alle Aktivitäten, die unter Ihrem Konto stattfinden. 5. In-App-Käufe und Abos

Die Anwendung kann In-App-Käufe und Abos anbieten. Alle Käufe werden über Apples App Store-Zahlungssystem abgewickelt. Durch einen Kauf akzeptieren Sie Apples Zahlungsbedingungen. Alle Verkäufe sind endgültig, und Rückerstattungsanfragen müssen an Apple gerichtet werden. Preise können ohne vorherige Ankündigung geändert werden. Abos werden automatisch erneuert, es sei denn, sie werden mindestens 24 Stunden vor dem Ende der aktuellen Abrechnungsperiode storniert.

6. Geistiges Eigentum

Alle Inhalte in der Anwendung, einschließlich, aber nicht begrenzt auf Text, Grafiken, Bilder, Audio, Video, Software, Fall-Inhalte, Charakterdesigns, Handlungsstränge und Spielmechaniken, sind Eigentum des Unternehmens und werden durch Urheberrecht, Markenrecht und andere Gesetze zum Schutz des geistigen Eigentums geschützt. Sie dürfen keine Inhalte ohne vorherige schriftliche Zustimmung reproduzieren, verbreiten, ändern oder Derivate davon erstellen.

7. Nutzerverhalten

Sie erklären sich damit einverstanden, nicht:

  • Die Anwendung für rechtswidrige Zwecke zu verwenden
  • Zu versuchen, die Anwendung rückwärts zu entwickeln, zu dekompilieren oder zu disassemblieren
  • In die Anwendung oder ihre Server einzugreifen oder diese zu stören
  • Automatisierte Systeme oder Bots zu verwenden, um mit der Anwendung zu interagieren
  • Ihr Konto an eine andere Person weiterzugeben, zu verkaufen oder zu übertragen
  • Fehler oder Sicherheitslücken in der Anwendung auszunutzen

8. Von KI generierte Inhalte

Die Anwendung verwendet künstliche Intelligenz, um Gesprächsantworten während des Spiels zu generieren. Von KI generierte Inhalte werden nur zu Unterhaltungszwecken bereitgestellt. Das Unternehmen garantiert nicht die Genauigkeit, Vollständigkeit oder Angemessenheit der von KI generierten Antworten. Von KI generierte Inhalte repräsentieren nicht die Ansichten oder Meinungen des Unternehmens.

9. Haftungsausschluss für Gewährleistungen

Die Anwendung wird auf Basis "WIE VORHANDEN" und "WIE VERFÜGBAR" ohne Gewährleistungen jeglicher Art bereitgestellt. Wir garantieren nicht, dass die Anwendung unterbrechungsfrei, fehlerfrei oder frei von Viren oder anderen schädlichen Komponenten ist.

10. Haftungsbeschränkung

Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, haftet das Unternehmen nicht für indirekte, zufällige, besondere oder Folgeschäden, die sich aus folgenden Gründen ergeben:

  • Ihre Verwendung der Anwendung oder Unfähigkeit zur Verwendung der Anwendung
  • Unbefugter Zugriff auf oder Verwendung unserer Server und/oder darin gespeicherter persönlicher Daten
  • Unterbrechung oder Beendigung der Übertragung zur oder von der Anwendung
  • Fehler, Viren oder andere schädliche Codes, die über die Anwendung übertragen werden können

11. Haftungsausschluss für fiktive Inhalte

Alle Fälle, Charaktere, Orte, Ereignisse und Handlungsstränge in der Anwendung sind vollständig fiktiv. Eine Ähnlichkeit mit realen Personen, lebenden oder verstorbenen, oder realen Ereignissen ist rein zufällig. Die Anwendung ist nur für Unterhaltungszwecke gedacht.

12. Beendigung

Wir dürfen Ihren Zugriff auf die Anwendung sofort und ohne vorherige Ankündigung aus beliebigem Grund beenden oder unterbrechen, einschließlich, falls Sie gegen diese Bedingungen verstoßen. Nach der Beendigung endet Ihr Recht zur Verwendung der Anwendung sofort.

13. Änderungen der Bedingungen

Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, diese Bedingungen jederzeit zu ändern. Wir werden Benutzer über wesentliche Änderungen benachrichtigen, indem wir die aktualisierten Bedingungen in der Anwendung oder auf unserer Website veröffentlichen. 14. Anwendbares Recht

Diese Bedingungen werden nach den Gesetzen der Republik Türkei geregelt und ausgelegt. Alle Streitigkeiten, die sich aus diesen Bedingungen ergeben, unterliegen der ausschließlichen Gerichtsbarkeit der Gerichte der Türkei.

En téléchargeant, en installant ou en utilisant l'Application, vous acceptez d'être lié par ces Conditions. Si vous n'acceptez pas ces Conditions, ne pas utiliser l'Application.

2. Description du Service

Case AI est une application de jeu de mystère interactif alimentée par l'IA. L'Application permet aux utilisateurs d'enquêter sur des scènes de crime, d'interroger les suspects par le biais de conversations guidées par l'IA, de collecter des preuves et de résoudre des affaires. Toutes les affaires, personnages et intrigues sont entièrement fictifs.

3. Admissibilité

Vous devez avoir au moins 16 ans pour utiliser l'Application. En utilisant l'Application, vous déclarez et garantissez que vous avez au moins 16 ans. Si vous avez moins de 16 ans, vous ne pouvez pas utiliser l'Application.

4. Comptes Utilisateur

Pour accéder à certaines fonctionnalités de l'Application, vous devrez peut-être créer un compte. Vous êtes responsable du maintien de la confidentialité de vos identifiants de compte et de toutes les activités qui se déroulent sous votre compte. Vous acceptez de nous informer immédiatement de toute utilisation non autorisée de votre compte.

5. Achats Intégrés et Abonnements

L'Application peut proposer des achats intégrés et des abonnements. Tous les achats sont traités par le système de paiement de l'App Store d'Apple. En effectuant un achat, vous acceptez les conditions de paiement d'Apple. Toutes les ventes sont définitives et les demandes de remboursement doivent être adressées à Apple. Les prix sont sujets à modification sans avis préalable. Les abonnements se renouvellent automatiquement à moins d'être annulés au moins 24 heures avant la fin de la période de facturation actuelle.

6. Propriété Intellectuelle

Tout contenu dans l'Application, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, le texte, les graphiques, les images, l'audio, la vidéo, les logiciels, le contenu des affaires, la conception des personnages, les intrigues et les mécaniques de jeu, est la propriété de l'Entreprise et est protégé par des droits d'auteur, des marques déposées et d'autres lois sur la propriété intellectuelle. Vous ne pouvez pas reproduire, distribuer, modifier ou créer des œuvres dérivées de tout contenu sans notre consentement écrit préalable.

7. Comportement de l'Utilisateur

Vous acceptez de ne pas :

  • Utiliser l'Application à des fins illégales
  • Essayer d'effectuer une rétro-ingénierie, de décompiler ou de désassembler l'Application
  • Interférer ou perturber l'Application ou ses serveurs
  • Utiliser des systèmes automatisés ou des bots pour interagir avec l'Application
  • Partager, vendre ou transférer votre compte à une autre personne
  • Exploiter les bogues ou les vulnérabilités de l'Application

8. Contenu Généré par l'IA

L'Application utilise l'intelligence artificielle pour générer des réponses de conversation pendant le jeu. Le contenu généré par l'IA est fourni à titre de divertissement uniquement. L'Entreprise ne garantit pas l'exactitude, l'exhaustivité ou l'adéquation des réponses générées par l'IA. Le contenu généré par l'IA ne représente pas les opinions ou les points de vue de l'Entreprise.

9. Exclusion de Garanties

L'Application est fournie sur une base "TELLE QUELLE" et "DANS L'ÉTAT DE DISPONIBILITÉ" sans garantie d'aucune sorte. Nous ne garantissons pas que l'Application sera ininterrompue, sans erreur ou exempte de virus ou d'autres composants nuisibles.

10. Limitation de Responsabilité

Dans la mesure maximale autorisée par la loi applicable, en aucun cas l'Entreprise ne sera responsable de tout dommage indirect, accidentel, spécial ou consécutif résultant de :

  • Votre utilisation ou incapacité à utiliser l'Application
  • Tout accès non autorisé à nos serveurs ou utilisation de ces derniers et/ou toute information personnelle stockée
  • Toute interruption ou cessation de transmission vers ou depuis l'Application
  • Tout bogue, virus ou autre code nuisible qui pourrait être transmis via l'Application

11. Clause d'Exclusion pour Contenu Fictif

Toutes les affaires, personnages, lieux, événements et intrigues dans l'Application sont entièrement fictifs. Toute ressemblance avec des personnes réelles, vivantes ou décédées, ou des événements réels est purement fortuite. L'Application est destinée à des fins de divertissement uniquement.

12. Résiliation

Nous pouvons résilier ou suspendre votre accès à l'Application immédiatement, sans préavis, pour quelque raison que ce soit. À la suite de la résiliation, votre droit d'utiliser l'Application cessera immédiatement.

13. Modifications des Conditions

Nous nous réservons le droit de modifier ces Conditions à tout moment. Nous informerons les utilisateurs des modifications importantes en affichant les Conditions mises à jour dans l'Application ou sur notre site Web. L'utilisation continue de l'Application après la publication de modifications constitue une acceptation des Conditions modifiées.

14. Droit Applicable

Ces Conditions sont régies par les lois de la République de Turquie. Tout différend découlant de ces Conditions sera soumis à la juridiction exclusive des tribunaux de Turquie.

1. Aceptacion de los Terminos

Al descargar, instalar o utilizar la Aplicacion, usted acepta quedar vinculado por estos Terminos. Si no acepta estos Terminos, no utilice la Aplicacion.

2. Descripcion del Servicio

Case AI es una aplicacion de juego de misterio interactivo impulsada por IA. La Aplicacion permite a los usuarios investigar escenas del crimen, interrogar a sospechosos mediante conversaciones guiadas por IA, recopilar pruebas y resolver casos. Todos los casos, personajes e historias son completamente ficticios.

3. Elegibilidad

Debe tener al menos 16 anos de edad para utilizar la Aplicacion. Al utilizar la Aplicacion, usted declara y garantiza que tiene al menos 16 anos. Si tiene menos de 16 anos, no puede utilizar la Aplicacion.

4. Cuentas de usuario

Para acceder a determinadas funciones de la Aplicacion, es posible que deba crear una cuenta. Usted es responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de las credenciales de su cuenta y de todas las actividades que se realicen bajo su cuenta. Usted acepta notificarnos de inmediato cualquier uso no autorizado de su cuenta.

5. Compras dentro de la aplicacion y suscripciones

La Aplicacion puede ofrecer compras dentro de la aplicacion y suscripciones. Todas las compras se procesan a traves del sistema de pago de App Store de Apple. Al realizar una compra, usted acepta las condiciones de pago de Apple. Todas las ventas son definitivas y las solicitudes de reembolso deben dirigirse a Apple. Los precios estan sujetos a cambios sin previo aviso. Las suscripciones se renuevan automaticamente a menos que se cancelen al menos 24 horas antes del final del periodo de facturacion actual.

6. Propiedad intelectual

Todo el contenido de la Aplicacion, incluidos entre otros textos, graficos, imagenes, audio, video, software, contenido de casos, disenos de personajes, historias y mecanicas de juego, es propiedad de la Empresa y esta protegido por derechos de autor, marcas comerciales y otras leyes de propiedad intelectual. No puede reproducir, distribuir, modificar ni crear obras derivadas de ningun contenido sin nuestro consentimiento previo por escrito.

7. Conducta del usuario

Usted acepta no:

  • Utilizar la Aplicacion para cualquier fin ilegal
  • Intentar realizar ingenieria inversa, descompilar o desensamblar la Aplicacion
  • Interferir con la Aplicacion o sus servidores, o interrumpirlos
  • Utilizar sistemas automatizados o bots para interactuar con la Aplicacion
  • Compartir, vender o transferir su cuenta a otra persona
  • Explotar errores o vulnerabilidades de la Aplicacion

8. Contenido generado por IA

La Aplicacion utiliza inteligencia artificial para generar respuestas conversacionales durante el juego. El contenido generado por IA se proporciona unicamente con fines de entretenimiento. La Empresa no garantiza la exactitud, integridad o idoneidad de las respuestas generadas por IA. El contenido generado por IA no representa las opiniones o puntos de vista de la Empresa.

9. Exclusion de garantias

La Aplicacion se proporciona "TAL CUAL" y "SEGUN DISPONIBILIDAD" sin garantias de ningun tipo, ya sean expresas o implicitas. No garantizamos que la Aplicacion sea ininterrumpida, libre de errores o exenta de virus u otros componentes daninos.

10. Limitacion de responsabilidad

En la maxima medida permitida por la legislacion aplicable, la Empresa no sera responsable en ningun caso de danos indirectos, incidentales, especiales o derivados que resulten de:

  • Su uso de la Aplicacion o la imposibilidad de utilizarla
  • Cualquier acceso no autorizado a nuestros servidores o su uso, y/o cualquier informacion personal almacenada en ellos
  • Cualquier interrupcion o cese de la transmision hacia o desde la Aplicacion
  • Cualquier error, virus u otro codigo danino que pueda transmitirse a traves de la Aplicacion

11. Exencion de responsabilidad por contenido ficticio

Todos los casos, personajes, lugares, eventos e historias de la Aplicacion son completamente ficticios. Cualquier parecido con personas reales, vivas o fallecidas, o con eventos reales es pura coincidencia. La Aplicacion esta destinada unicamente a fines de entretenimiento.

12. Rescision

Podemos rescindir o suspender su acceso a la Aplicacion de forma inmediata, sin previo aviso, por cualquier motivo, incluido si incumple estos Terminos. Tras la rescision, su derecho a utilizar la Aplicacion cesara inmediatamente.

13. Cambios en los Terminos

Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos Terminos en cualquier momento. Notificaremos a los usuarios los cambios importantes publicando los Terminos actualizados dentro de la Aplicacion o en nuestro sitio web. El uso continuado de la Aplicacion tras la publicacion de los cambios constituye la aceptacion de los Terminos modificados.

14. Legislacion aplicable

Estos Terminos se regiran e interpretaran de conformidad con las leyes de la Republica de Turquia. Cualquier disputa que surja de estos Terminos estara sujeta a la jurisdiccion exclusiva de los tribunales de Turquia.
